We are looking for an Associate Data Governance Analyst to join our Data Governance team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on data quality and data governance of customer accounts The team consists of four people and is reporting to the Team Lead of Data Governance. We have great skill set in researching, analyzing, and managing accounts and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in data quality management and data governance frameworks.  

About You

  • Must have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or a closely related data operations role is required.
  • Must have experience supporting customer account data maintenance activities, including account setup, data cleansing, basic hierarchy research, and identifying data discrepancies.

About the Team   

    

The Data Governance team ensures the accuracy, quality, and consistency of customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems. The team supports account setup and maintenance, data quality initiatives, hierarchy management, governance processes, and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with Sales, Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, and IT, the team helps deliver reliable data that supports efficient business operations and compliant order processing.

Hours of Work  

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST schedule (including one hour break)
