Overview
Our client is a reputable and growing multidisciplinary consultancy providing civil and structural engineering, surveying, and project management throughout the UK.
They are seeking an Associate Director to lead and grow a team delivering civil and structural engineering services across a mix of new-build, refurbishment, remedial and existing building projects.
The role combines technical leadership, project delivery, client relationship management and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining technical quality, developing key client accounts, securing new work and supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive firm with a genuinely flat structure, no internal competition, and no individual KPIs or billing targets — the focus is on delivering good technical work as a team, not chasing numbers. Key Responsibilities
Technical & Project Leadership
