What you'll do

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for ICT, Communications and Security projects, overseeing project delivery, commercial performance, client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated ICT and Security solutions across structured cabling, IT networks, wireless, VoIP, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, security alarm systems and cyber security.
  • Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, project teams and contractors, providing expert guidance from project inception through design, documentation and construction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to business growth and project pursuits.
  • Provide technical governance and quality assurance across projects, ensuring solutions meet relevant standards, project requirements and industry best practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and national technology advisory groups across major projects in health, education, aviation, defence, justice and other sectors.
  • Lead, mentor and develop engineers and technical staff, fostering capability, knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Job Description

Given our strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced ICT / Communications and Security leader to join our Brisbane team and provide strategic and technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects.
