Core Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, particularly across Medical Affairs, RWE, HEOR, Epidemiology, Safety, Market Access, and Commercial functions.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and shape evidence strategies aligned with medical and commercial goals.

  • Collaborative leadership style with a consultative, client-centric approach and strong internal influence.

  • Proven execution focus, translating strategy into successful delivery through cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a scientific discipline (e.g., life sciences, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or related field).

  • Significant experience in Real World Evidence, Evidence Generation, or Healthcare Consulting, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
