About this role

As an Associate Evangelist, you will partner with the Chief Ambassador of the Raving Fanatic Experience to help shape, scale, and champion our client experience strategy. This is not an administrative support role. We are looking for someone who will serve as a true client advocate, build meaningful relationships, gather candid feedback, identify opportunities to improve client experience, and help drive the Raving Fan Mission across the organization. This role serves as the strategic bridge between our clients and our organization.

We are looking for someone who believes relationships matter, enjoys connecting with people, and gets energized by helping clients feel heard, valued, and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain thriving networks of Raving Fan clients through authentic relationships that create trust, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Champion the execution of alliant's Raving Fan Mission at every client touchpoint.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and sounding board for clients by listening carefully, understanding concerns, proactively coordinating solutions, and ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Build relationships through picking up the phone, engaging clients directly, and building trust through authentic conversations.
  • Participate in and eventually lead face-to-face client interactions, feedback sessions, and relationship-building activities.
  • Serve as the voice of the client by gathering feedback, identifying trends, and advocating for client needs across the organization.
  • Conduct client feedback conversations and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve the overall client experience.
  • Partners with internal teams to ensure client concerns, opportunities, and feedback are heard, understood, and acted upon.
  • Act as a concierge and trusted relationship partner, helping clients navigate the alliant experience and connecting them with the right resources when needed.
  • Co-own and manage strategic client relationships while partnering closely with leadership to deliver exceptional and consistent client experience.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen client loyalty, increase retention, foster long-term partnerships, and generate referral business.
  • Help identify and cultivate raving fans by strengthening relationships, celebrating client successes, and creating opportunities for referrals, testimonials, and long-term advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred 4+ years of professional business development, client relationship management, account management, hospitality, or customer-facing professional experience.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships, including within the C-Suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for creating outstanding client experiences and generating "raving fans."
  • Flexible, collaborative, competitive, and highly professional, with the initiative to build lasting client relationships that drive business impact.
  • Genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building authentic relationships across a wide variety of personalities and industries.
  • Demonstrated empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to create trust through meaningful conversations.
  • Naturally curious and skilled at asking thoughtful questions that uncover client needs, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic about creating exceptional experiences and serving as an advocate for both clients and the organization.
  • Strong ability to influence and build partnerships across departments to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially strong Excel skills).
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous professional growth.
  • Available to travel 30-40% within the United States.
  • Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
