Associate Facilitator

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering the Mathematics and Science curriculum for students across various grade levels.
• Support the lead teacher in planning and preparing lesson materials and activities.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students to enhance their understanding of Math and Science concepts.
• Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during class activities.

qualification's:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Mathematics/Science).
• Teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
• Strong understanding of Math and Science concepts and curriculum.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for educating and mentoring students.
