What you'll do

  • Support the Senior Social Media Manager with the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content across the Foundation’s social media channels
  • Collaborate on drafting social media copy and adapting content for platform-specific audiences and formats

About the Opportunity 

The Marketing & Digital Associate helps advance the organization’s goals of expanding reach, strengthening audience engagement, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives for the Clinton Foundation. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing, this highly collaborative, resourceful, and organized professional provides essential coordination and execution support across a wide range of marketing and digital projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience creating and publishing social media content, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to support team priorities. They are eager to learn, grow their marketing skillset, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The Clinton Foundation Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing and executing external content to advance the reach of the Clinton Foundation’s work and understanding of President Clinton and Secretary Clinton’s lifetime of public service. This team is comprised of writers, marketers, producers, media specialists, content and digital strategists, metrics and data analysts, and creative professionals. 

Core Responsibilities  

Social Media & Content Production

  • Support the Senior Social Media Manager with the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content across the Foundation’s social media channels

Minimum Qualifications  

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field required
  • Prior experience in social media content production preferred

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Needed for Performance of Job:

  • The position affects the public image and reputation of the Foundation and management. They must be highly organized, thorough, accurate; and display good judgment to ensure the best possible representation of the Foundation publicly is required
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms and publishing; experience with creative production tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Bridge, etc. is preferred

Compensation & Benefits 

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $55K - 60K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This role is eligible for overtime pay. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.  We look forward to discussing our compensation pricing strategy, and your expectations, throughout the interview process.
