3259 - Associate, Paid Social, Global Client Solutions

Role Summary and Impact

The role exists to support a growing Paid Social specialist team where we are looking for an experienced Paid Social Account Executive who will play an instrumental role in further developing our offering by supporting the ongoing client engagement, managing key campaign activity for the client and support the Account Director and Manager to implement the strategic vision of the account and team.

The candidate will report to the Paid Social Account Director though will work consistently with the Account Manager. Working within the Paid Social team, they will be integral to achieving client goals, and the development and optimisation of Paid Social activity as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Support the setup and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across key platforms
  • Implement campaign builds based on briefs provided by the Account Manager
  • Assist with audience setup, creative trafficking, and campaign structuring
  • Execute campaign updates including bid changes, budget adjustments, and targeting refinements
  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, flagging issues to the Account Manager
  • Support ongoing optimisation initiatives

Quality Assurance & Best Practice

  • Conduct detailed QA checks across campaign builds and live activity
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to naming conventions, structures, and best practices
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tasks
  • Support maintenance of process documentation and checklists

Data & Reporting & Insights

  • Support the creation of performance reports
  • Populate reporting templates with accurate data and metrics
  • Assist in drafting initial commentary and identifying trends
  • Escalate anomalies, risks, or opportunities to the Account Manager

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to deliver campaigns and reporting
  • Communicate task progress and updates clearly
  • Support collaboration with wider offshore teams where needed
  • Assist in preparation of materials for wider team projects and presentations

Operational Excellence

  • Deliver all assigned tasks accurately and on time
  • Follow defined workflows, templates, and processes
  • Support budget tracking and admin processes where required
  • Contribute to identifying efficiency improvements

Learning and Development

  • Build expertise across paid social platforms and features
  • Participate in training and certification programmes (e.g., Meta Blueprint)
  • Develop skills in campaign management, optimisation, and analytics

Skills and Experience
