Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 9+ years
• Strong experience as an Agile Coach / Delivery Coach in enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing and coaching multiple Agile squads
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe methodologies
• Experience driving Agile transformation, team maturity and continuous improvement
• Strong experience coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
• Strong programmatic mindset with focus on delivery effectiveness and business goals
• Experience in Project/Delivery Leadership and managing delivery bottlenecks
• Retail / Product Engineering experience is preferred
• SAFe/SPC, ICAgile/ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM certification is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coach multiple Agile squads and drive improvements in Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives across technology and business teams.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives and planning sessions.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve delivery predictability, team effectiveness and Agile performance using relevant metrics.
• Promote effective collaboration between Engineering, Product, Business and Leadership teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communication and effective decision-making across programs.
• Establish scalable Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
