- You will resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- You will update and maintain purchasing systems with accurate and up-to-date pricing details.
- You will provide accurate data to assist Buyers and professionals in areas such as Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to ensure efficient operations.
- You will ensure continuous compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements and assist with internal and external audit assessments as needed.

Are you ready to be the "engine room" of the purchasing function for a large global manufacturer? This role provides a unique chance to join an established and highly cohesive procurement team while gaining exposure to a newly implemented purchasing system. With a major MAC One / SAP implementation planned, you will have the rare opportunity to learn SAP from the ground up and contribute to a major business transformation. This is a strong learning and development opportunity within a critical function that supports the day-to-day effectiveness of the procurement department.
Role Overview
Job Title: Associate Procurement Professional
Location: Desford, UK.
Pay Rate: Up to £19.45 per hour.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, or 8:00am - 4:00pm.
