Role Summary
This role supports the management and roadmap for a digital product, demonstrating an understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas, and digital products often have departmental implications. The role also contributes to enhancing product value by aligning customer needs with business objectives and supporting continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities
1. Supports digital product management services on a digital product, developing functional expertise to improve digital product results.
2. Collaborates with a small cross-functional team to understand client need and drive change to the client experience.
3. Supports digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Raises client needs and provides input to inform the product strategy.
5. Assists with planning, development and implementation of a new product.
6. Supports analysis of markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
7. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Monitors product performance metrics and assists in identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
9. Coordinates with technology teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to product requirements.
10. Supports documentation of product features, workflows, and release updates for internal and external stakeholders.
11. Engages in user feedback analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and overall product usability.
12. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent) or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or PGDM in relevant fields.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
