  • All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

What this job involves: 

As an Associate Property Manager at JLL, you will play a vital supporting role in the daily operations of an Industrial portfolio.  As an administrative leader, you will oversee the property in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager.  Additionally, you’ll work closely with tenants, vendors and engineers, and learn valuable skills while drafting vital financial reports.  This position is a great learning opportunity and can serve as a springboard to leadership roles in Property Management at JLL.   

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

Shift Monday to Friday 9:00 am-5:00pm

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
