  • Assists in designing and implementation of processes and procedures within assigned technical area(s) of responsibility.
  • Participates in cross functional teams to assure effective implementation and adherence of QA initiatives and process improvement of our suppliers, under limited supervision.
  • Performs assigned technical tasks/duties associated with department processes and procedures.
  • Gathers and studies data to understand trends and issues and to make decisions related to product safety and quality in areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Provides technical and decision-making support and analyzes data in managing situations and issues relative to quality and/or food safety as necessary.
  • Interfaces/provides technical support to appropriate functions and employees to assure regulatory compliance, food safety and quality of company’s products.
  • Interfaces with company facilities to facilitate an ongoing effective relationship with packaging material suppliers.
  • Evaluates effectiveness and assures continuous improvement in assigned areas of responsibility.

  • Demonstrated strength in setting an example for others.
  • Ability to travel independently and as a responsible company representative.

Under direct supervision, implements programs within the functional area of the FPRA group. Supports the implementation of relevant Quality and Food Safety processes and procedures. Responsible for the daily execution of activities related areas of expertise and focus.

Physical Requirements

More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply:
You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
