Key Responsibilities
- Assess the Landscape
- Assess and understand consumer, technology, market, online, competitive, and IP landscape and future-focused shifts to influence or lead the definition of category innovation strategies, new opportunity spaces, product light houses, multi-generation platforms, and new product/pkg ideas, novel claims or credentialing opportunities.
- Discover Insights that Drive Big Idea, Product and Package Innovations, and Benefit Communication
- Reveal conscious & unconscious consumer desires and motivations through observation of consumer behaviors and interactions.
- Identify category givens, trade-offs, and tensions and the scientific reasons behind these.
- Assimilate consumer, market, and technical knowledge into insights that guide technology, idea, benefit communication development.
- Translate Insights to Action
- Articulate consumer problem within the insights, then translate into innovation strategies to ascend current or create new S-curves, technology
- platform/product/package ideas, and novel claims/demos.
- Define the technical problem(s) to solve and measurable design requirements to guide technology development, product design, and/or C&D.
- Integrate consumer, customer, and business needs to define stage-appropriate product/package/claim learning metrics that matter.
- Iteratively Build Prototypes, Measure, C2P2T Model & Learn
Job Skills
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience 5 to 8 Years
- Learn via incubating Create and Transform holistic proposition and business models in a targeted transactional market.
- Execute with excellence winning FMOT and SMOT product/package experience.
- Integrate technical readiness across R&D - if assigned Technical Readiness Leader (TRL).
- Guide resolution of startup and assessment of in market quality.
- Define, create, deliver, and track future Commercial/Franchise Innovations to maximize growth by driving trial and consumption
- Support and defend brand through competitive challenges.
- Reinforce or guide evolution of existing SOEx and leverage existing product innovations to meet new consumer/market needs.
- Develop superior science-based communication and robust claims to consumers and HCPs.

Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Engineering, or related fields from atop university with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context and market landscape to deliver the required outcomes.
- Effective oral and written communication skills is a must.
- Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and use of data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
