  • Perform the duties of an R&D Engineer, including design, development, testing, characterization, and documentation of new and existing RF products.
  • Support R&D in the execution of advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing teams to support product development and problem resolution.
  • Act as 2nd level support for customer inquiries by providing technical information and supporting engineering evaluations.
  • Contribute to development projects while ensuring compliance with established project management and documentation procedures.
  • Develop specialized expertise in assigned technical areas and actively pursue continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing activities, technical training sessions, and engineering workshops.
  • Support laboratory activities including test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.

Job Location: This position is based in Attleboro, Massachusetts, a vibrant community located between Boston, MA and Providence, RI. What you will be doing:
