Role Overview

As an Associate – Route Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Cityflo's daily operations run seamlessly. From coordinating bus deployments and managing driver availability to monitoring live operations and resolving on-ground challenges, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a safe, punctual, and exceptional commuting experience for thousands of customers every day.

What You'll Do

Manage Daily Route Operations

● Coordinate with drivers and operators to ensure timely bus deployment and smooth execution of daily schedules.

● Ensure route-wise availability of buses for all planned trips.

● Allocate buses efficiently while minimizing operational disruptions.

Monitor Live Operations

● Track buses in real time and proactively address delays, breakdowns, diversions, or other operational challenges.

● Ensure buses adhere to scheduled departure and arrival timelines.

● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly and minimize customer impact.

Driver & Vendor Coordination

● Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure punctuality, discipline, and route compliance.

● Support driver onboarding and provide guidance on routes and operational processes.

● Work closely with fleet vendors to ensure vehicle readiness, quality, and availability.

Drive Operational Excellence

● Ensure buses meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards before deployment.

● Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

● Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology and AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.

What We're Looking For

● Good knowledge of Mumbai's roads, routes, and key locations.

● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.

● Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

● A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to technology and AI-powered tools used in operations.

● Prior experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or field coordination is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
