Asst Manager - Site Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute complete PEB/steel construction projects from mobilization to handover.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, PMG, CMG, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Erection teams.
• Manage site activities including material receipt, erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Manage project documentation, site records, measurements, billing, and completion documentation.
• Coordinate for inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Ensure compliance with company EHS/Safety policies and statutory requirements at site.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PEB / structural steel construction and erection activities.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and site execution.
• Knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection methodology.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
