Job Summary:
Supports daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals. Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, including self-perform team members, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards by following established procedures and participating in site safety meetings and inspections. Contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting, supporting informed decision-making by project leadership. Supports identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by working with project teams and prefabrication partners to integrate prefabricated components into field execution plans.

Education Qualifications:

5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$150,000.00- $170,000.00
