The Cluster Senior Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, performance and continuous improvement of the resourcing function across a portfolio of business units within the cluster.


The role ensures a consistent, effective and commercially focused approach to workforce planning, resource deployment, capacity management and talent utilisation. Working through Senior Resource & Resource Managers and resourcing teams, the Cluster Senior Resource Manager drives capability, governance and performance, ensuring resourcing supports business objectives and delivers an exceptional stakeholder experience.


Acting as a trusted adviser to the Cluster Resourcing Partner and the Audit Resourcing Directorate, the role translates business priorities into workforce strategies that optimise capacity, improve performance and support sustainable growth.

You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

You’ll be someone with:

  • Proven experience in resource management
