Job Description:

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Campus Visits and Recruitment Events, the Auditions and Interviews Manager leads the design, execution, and tech optimization of audition and interview (A&I) processes for Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Managing in-person, online, domestic, and international audition events, this role provides world-class service to prospective students while leveraging data analytics and CRM systems. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.


Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Team Supervision:

  • Team Management: Direct and supervise the A&I team, including Assistant Directors, the Auditions Coordinator, and student employees.
