What you'll do
- Working with the discipline engineers including mechanical, process, project engineers in the development of 2D drawings for water, wastewater treatment or energy projects in Proposals and Execution stage
- Preparing Piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), Process flow diagram (PFD), Block flow diagram (BFD), using AutoCAD 2D
- Updating drawings based on redlines and vendor drawings information
- Preparing 2D equipment layout and HFD development from equipment list
- Incorporating Process Engineers inputs and communicating effectively
- Comparing PFD, PID with Vendor documents
- Participating in global design reviews and customer meetings

- Ability to work with additional CAD tools like AVEVA P&ID, BIM, ACC, Smart P&ID,eBASE etc will be useful
- Experience working on 3D tools like Solidworks, Plant 3D for layout development will be added advantage but not mandatory
- Experience in reviewing P&IDs , layouts for water treatment plants or Oil and gas projects from CAD perspective
- Ability to participate in global design reviews, customer meetings
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Knowledge on Design tools, International codes and standards - ASME, DIN, EN, IS, BS, AS etc.,
