Automation Testing Analyst Senior Lead (Mainframe/Lending, SAFAL)

About the team 

Our team develops the core lending product for Auto Finance industry. We serve clients from various geographies and is responsible for every functional/business aspect of a lending / leasing portfolio.

What you will be doing 

This position is for QA (manual and automation testing). You will be responsible for gathering business requirements from clients and onshore team, creating acceptance criterias, preparing necessary documentation, performing manual testing, writing automated scripts, etc.

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

• Min 12 years of experience in Manual/Automation testing.
• Must have experience in Mainframe, Banking / Lending Domain /automobile finance /equipment finance
• Able to develop automation scripts using keyword-based tools (SAFAL).
• Must have experience in agile practice model.
• Experience in any of the OOPS languages (JAVA/Python/C# (Atleast one preferred))
• Strong understanding of OOPS Concepts
• Systematics ALS knowledge would be added advantage
• Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentation on timely basis.
• Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.
• Retain accountability for the product components and interface links with other applications.
• Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts
• Willing to work in Bangalore
