What you'll do
- Performs diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance for client companies and dealership vehicles.
- Fully understands and carries out repair orders as dispatched.
- Conducts full inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
- Performs quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed.
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
- Communicates effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department personnel
- Participates in company and Ford Certification training and education to further develop expertise. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
