Position: AVP / Branch Manager Location: Delhi (Karol Bagh) Work Mode: On-site Required Skills Stock Broking / Capital Markets Team Management HNI Client Acquisition Investment Advisory Revenue Generation & Sales Business Development Job Responsibilities Achieve assigned minimum account, margin, and revenue targets to justify team costs. Handle and manage a team of at least 5 members. Source HNI clients and franchisees on a monthly basis. Advise HNI clients on investments and manage their overall investment portfolios. Ensure team performance and the timely achievement of individual and team targets. Generate consistent revenue for the company as per expectations. Promote and sell all company products effectively.
