This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.

Overall Purpose: Lead and supervise a sales team, optimize performance, and ensure sales targets are met by strategically managing client relationships and sales initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Performance Optimization: Direct and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance skills and performance. Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. Formulate sales plans and provide tactical input to leadership.
• Client Relationship Management and Problem Resolution: Manage key client relationships, provide expertise and consultation for complex problems, and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Territory Management and Assignment: Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize opportunities.


Job Contribution: Develops the organization’s philosophy, departmental strategies and defines long-term goals and alignment with overall business objectives. Typically leads large sales teams and account modules and/or territories. Directly supervising supervisors as well as senior staff within the organization. Manages large regional markets, creates territory plans, and achieves sales objectives with substantial autonomy. May lead or manage multiple functional areas. Recognized as an influential leader, oversees teams to innovate and resolve company-wide issues. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related sales experience.



Our AVP-Mobility jobs earn between $155,800.00 - $233,800.00 + commission $100,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
