As a Senior Program Manager reporting to VP – Program Manager, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the delivery of complex technology solutions to world-leading market infrastructure operators and new markets across the globe. This role demands strategic oversight, executive-level client engagement, and the ability to drive high-impact outcomes within Nasdaq's Client Success organization.

You'll thrive in this position if you bring executive presence, a deep understanding of financial technology, and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams across borders towards a shared vision.

Key Responsibilities

The final job level for this position will be determined after evaluating each candidate's experience and skills.

This position is located in Sydney, Australia and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Candidates must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be eligible for this role.
