As an AWS Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through innovative software solutions. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, using your influence and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make impactful decisions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will focus on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on feedback to refine solutions. Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in the application of software engineering principles to enhance business performance
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create and test cutting-edge applications
- Overseeing the integration of cloud-based solutions within AWS environments to optimize client operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements for software development projects
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment processes
- Directing the architecture and development of scalable microservices and enterprise applications
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation to foster innovation
- Validating software quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their technical skills and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
