About the Role

CloudThat is looking for a skilled Azure Solution Architect (SME) to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Azure services, cloud architecture, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Azure services.
  • Support cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Create solution architecture documents, technical proposals, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and project teams.
  • Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

  • 3.5 to 6.5 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Network (VNet), Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Monitor.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, identity, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Exposure to Azure migration and modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, automation, and scripting (PowerShell/Python) is an added advantage.
