What you'll do
- Responsible to generate B&F revenue to WOOBAR & KITCHEN where appropriate through various sales activities to pitch for business through multiple channels including corporate, travel agents, event organizers and individual B&F patrons.
- Develop action plans and deploy actions to achieve sales target under the guidance and supervision of Director of Beverage & Food.
- Patrol and network with restaurant diners during meal periods (lunch and dinner) and collect feedback and build relationships with customers to ensure return business.

Job Descriptions
Responsible to generate B&F revenue to WOOBAR & KITCHEN where appropriate through various sales activities to pitch for business through multiple channels including corporate, travel agents, event organizers and individual B&F patrons. Develop action plans and deploy actions to achieve sales target under the guidance and supervision of Director of Beverage & Food. Candidate with less experience will be considered as B&F Sales Executive.
Job Requirements
Experience - 5 years of work experience in related positions
Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus
