About the Role
Cartrack is looking for an experienced strategic Performance Coach to work 1:1 with its sales teams to unleash their potential.
This is not a traditional motivational coaching role. Cartrack is looking for someone who can challenge thinking, identify blind spots, and use NLP and language-based coaching techniques to recognise unhelpful patterns in how sales professionals communicate, frame opportunities, and approach challenges.
The role will focus on strengthening performance across the full sales cycle: from prospecting and opportunity identification through discovery, needs analysis, solution positioning, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and account development.
The coach will help sales professionals think more strategically at each stage of the sales process, identify opportunities and challenges, and improve the way they approach customers and commercial decisions.
Each 1:1 session should result in clear, practical and actionable next steps that can be applied directly to the sales cycle and ultimately contribute to improved sales performance.
