We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. You will own and scale our paid acquisition channels, driving measurable results across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and continuous growth. This is a hands-on role with room to shape strategy, test new ideas, and make a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, partnerships, events, and more.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimize the conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior and implementing A/B tests and other CRO techniques to increase conversion rates.
• Sales alignment: Understand B2B sales cycles, working closely with the Sales team on lead routing and handoff.
• Data Analysis:Analyze marketing data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
• Creative Production: Use AI tools to independently develop and produce ad creative for HR leaders and benefits consultants, from concept to execution.
• Product Integration: Work closely with product teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product marketing and launch efforts.
•  Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools and systems to streamline marketing campaigns and communication.
• Analytics and Reporting: Create regular reports on marketing performance, track key metrics, and present findings to senior management.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or a similar role, with a track record of driving measurable results.
• comfortable using AI creative tools (image/video/copy generation) to produce and iterate on ad creative independently.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and reporting skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO principles.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Salary:

22000-26000 NIS, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive equity based on the Company’s plans and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
