• Használt gépjárművek tovább értékesítési folyamatának teljeskörű ellátása
• Hitel- és biztosításkötési ügyintézés az értékesített járművekre
• Ügyfelek átvilágításának elvégzése és ellenőrzése
• Aktív kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal
• Hatósági ügyintézéshez szükséges dokumentumok előkészítése, összeállítása és átadása
• Adásvételi szerződések elkészítése, nyomon követése
• Ügyfélkapcsolattartás a gépjármű átadásáig
• A gépjárművekhez kapcsolódó dokumentáció archiválása és nyilvántartása
• Ügyfelekkel történő személyes kapcsolattartás, kérdéseik megválaszolása
• Részvétel rendezvényeken, céges eseményeken

Elvárások:

• 1-3 év adminisztratív / ügyfélkezelési területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Legalább középfokú végzettség
• Kiemelkedő kapcsolatteremtési és kommunikációs készség
• Képesség összetett munkafolyamatok párhuzamosan történő menedzselésére
• Felhasználói szintű MS Excel ismeretek
