Your new role

 

As an Equipment Quality Control Professional in the Equipment Team, you will be responsible for securing compliance and minimising downtime across a diverse portfolio of analytical equipment – from isolators and autoclaves to MALDI-TOF instruments, LAL readers, incubators, balances and temperature monitoring systems.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing equipment support to analytical teams, ensuring they can conduct the analyses necessary to release finished products on time
• Approving required documentation for both planned and unplanned maintenance of analytical equipment
• Setting and maintaining calibration requirements, managing change requests and securing qualification approvals
• Performing equipment qualifications (URS, IQ, OQ and PQ) when implementing new equipment
• Contributing to ongoing optimisation of existing processes by staying curious about how other teams and departments operate, both inside and outside of Novo Nordisk

QCM RA department of around 65, located in Gentofte and Bagsværd. The department holds overall responsibility for the microbiological analysis of products and water samples from our worldwide production sites – including environmental monitoring, Test for Sterility, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing and Total Viable Count. Daily operations involve close collaboration with other QC laboratories, IT departments, Quality Assurance and external vendors.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a quality-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in keeping equipment compliant and available. You will bring:

 

• An MSc degree in Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma or a similar field
• Preferably 2+ years of experience with equipment from a QC function in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of criteria for maintaining analytical equipment and GMP equipment qualification
• Experience in setting and maintaining calibration criteria and working with metrology is advantageous, as well as change request and technical writing experience
• Fluent spoken and written English; Danish is also preferred

You are a strong communicator who builds relationships naturally and is known for excellent collaboration skills. You have a systematic approach to problem-solving, a flair for processing data and you are energised by engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.

Salary

 

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
