This role owns that complexity. You are the point person whenever the platform needs to bend to fit how the business actually operates, whether that means building a new approval chain for a policy change or figuring out why an automated reminder stopped firing for one specific team. The job sits between HR, IT, and whichever department is asking for a change, translating a business need into a working configuration.
