BANAMEX - Analista UI/UX - Portal Web

The User Experience Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level role, materially contributing to the research, analysis and design of digital products and systems. 

User Experience partners with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability to our clients, both internally and externally. We undertake a wide spectrum of activities, from discovery and research, through definition, ideation, and design, to the management of design systems and the delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to our development partners.

The UX Design Group’s primary goal is to research and design products and solutions that are streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, great-looking, and easy-to-use, which perfectly suit (or even anticipate) our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:
 

• Participate in meetings with users, clients, product sponsors and technology to understand project requirements
• Perform UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas.
• Use available metrics and data to support decision-making
• Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutions
• Perform relevant testing to validate and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using specialist tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, and the Adobe suite
• Apply a positive and constructive attitude to all feedback
• Use the approved design system
• Adhere to design standards and best practices
• Perform detailed handover to development teams, ensuring they have all they need to implement the designs
• Provide ongoing support to development, with regular UX review checkpoints as needed
• Keep up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools
• Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility
• Deliver on-time, escalating where timelines cannot be met
• Help to support new starters in the team
• Confidently challenge substandard work by other team members
• Participate in the wider UX community of practice
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
 

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Skilled in a professional design tool e.g., Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision etc.
• Keen interest in, or knowledge of, banking or finance
• HTML/CSS Development Skills

Education:
 

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar en la creación de wireframes, mockups, flujos de usuario y prototipos de sitios web que sean mobile first y responsive.
• Establecer y supervisar las guías de estilo para asegurar que todos los elementos de la interfaz sean coherentes y unificados en todo el producto.
• Diseñar interfaces atractivas y funcionales bajo lineamientos de marca.
• Colaborar en pruebas de usabilidad e investigación con usuarios.
• Trabajar en conjunto con desarrolladores, especialistas SEO y contents para proponer e implementar mejoras.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en UX/UI y diseño digital.

 

Formación Académica &/o Conocimientos Técnicos

• Licenciatura en diseño gráfico, comunicación visual o afín.
• Conocimiento de herramientas como Figma, Adobe XD o Sketch.
• Conocimientos básicos en HTML y CSS (deseable).
• Familiaridad con principios de UX y usabilidad.
• Conocimiento en marcos de trabajo ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), Desing Thinking y diseño centrado en el usuario.

 

Experiencia Laboral & Habilidades de Liderazgo

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos de plataformas web responsive en sector financiero.
• Participación en pruebas UX con usuarios reales e interpretación de resultados.
• Desarrollo de benchmarks, flowcharts, wireframes.
• Propuestas disruptivas
• Seguimiento de pruebas A/B para mejora continua de componentes.
• Orientado a identificar oportunidades de mejora y anticipar necesidades.
• Revisión de maquetas para lograr interfaces pixel perfect.
• Presentación de propuestas y comunicación efectiva con el equipo y gerencias.
