What you'll do
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or other applicable standards.
- Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Monitor compliance with quality requirements across all departments.
- Facilitate Quality Review Meetings and track action items as per MOM.
- Conduct gap assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer, supplier, and certification audits.
- Track Quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions (CAPA), and preventive actions.
- Provide QMS-related training and awareness programs to employees.
- Ensure document and record control processes are effectively maintained.
- Lead root cause analysis activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D methodologies.

- 3 to 6 years experience in in Quality Management Systems or MR role

Industry Preferred
Qualifications
