Experience : 10 Yrs+

1. Ability to independently run procurement sourcing initiatives with oversight from the Procurement Manager IT.
2. Also provide support to the Procurement Operations Manager and National Supplier Manager
3. Incorporates business strategies insights and stakeholder objectives into the procurement process.
4. Skilled in representing the organisation/s in critical negotiations, including those that are cross-divisional, achieving effective solutions in challenging relationships and conflicting positions and priorities.
5. Takes a strategic approach to procurement initiatives considering opportunities to improve safety, simplify business operations, drive innovation whilst ensuring Kmart Group receives excellent value for money.
6. Strong ability to deliver results and investigate and create opportunities to enhance the achievement of organisational objectives, take responsibility for delivering on intended outcomes, and seek and apply the expertise of key individuals to achieve organisational outcomes.
