- DGM CPE is accountable for the technical health, quality improvement, field issue resolution, and continuous product enhancement of all serial production vehicles across Mahindra Last Mile Mobility plants.
- The role serves as the central engineering authority connecting Platform Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Platform Program Management, Quality, PVT (Customer Field Issue Resolution Team), Suppliers, and Service and Warranty Teams.
- The CPE Head ensures rapid containment, root-cause identification, corrective actions, engineering changes, and long-term product improvements while protecting customer satisfaction, quality performance, cost, manufacturability, and platform TCP objectives.
