Your Role
Your Profile
- Lead, design, and deliver 3–4 Salesforce projects, including large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop scalable, high‑quality, and customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
- Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud as applicable).
- Leverage advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform tools.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending continuous process and technical improvements.
- Work effectively in a multi‑vendor and cross‑functional environment, adapting to evolving project needs.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
