Bangalore Security & Justice Industry Specialist Leader

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking Industry Specialist who will support the Global Public Sector team in the shaping and delivery of the Security & Justice vision. This position will need a strong experience across the Security & Justice subsegments (Policing, Prosecution, law enforcement, Civil preparedness.) as well as across core technologies such as Cloud & Data. The role will furthermore need a strategic understanding of key plays, such as innovation or digital sovereignty. The Industry Specialist will orchestrate segment initiatives. This role would bring awareness and sensitivity to the varying regulatory environments of the region.

Growth & Strategic Leadership

• People will work closely with accounts on their relationship to CDOs, CTOs & CIOs across Public Security firms in Europe and APAC to build and operationalize thought leadership and / or technology roadmaps.
• People will conceptualize & implement growth strategies for the Cloud, Data and Sustainability fields in alignment with the overall organization goals to ensure market expansion and profitable growth.
• They will work with the full ecosystem of stakeholders (Business Lines, local PS teams, innovation structures) to shape a G2M and bring it to clients.
• They will position Capgemini as leader in Europe and beyond.

Commercial Management

• Be accountable for key commercial metrics that define success in a highly competitive and dynamic market environment.
• Accountable for business growth and achievement of overall metrics - market penetration, new business development, customer satisfaction.

Solution Management

• Leverage resources across the organization to ensure the most effective deployment of skills, maximum achievement of revenue and improved customer satisfaction.
• Support Capgemini’s innovation agenda through the tangible execution of solutions for the three practices
• Build and position a world class capability that will drive market leading differentiation.

Primary skills

A seasoned leader with 15-20 years of experience managing Public Security & Justice clients; along with experience leading cross-border initiatives. The incumbent should have a clear understanding in how to position in in a Public Sector context – Data and Cloud Operating Models, enterprise architecture, data architecture, journey to cloud and application strategy and Cybersecurity applications. Experience in managing international / global clients is a key asset.

Experience working with Public Sector clients across APAC and Europe is desirable, along with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
