Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Assistant Manager- NY, NJ, or PA

As BSA Assistant Manager, you will help lead Visions’ BSA/AML/OFAC program by supporting compliance operations, guiding team performance, and strengthening risk mitigation across the organization. You will partner closely with the Director of Risk Mitigation, serve as a back-up to the Assistant BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer, and play an important role in maintaining a strong culture of compliance through sound processes, training, and collaboration.
