The ideal candidate
- Solicitor with 5 years’ + PQE, specialising in banking law and/or capital markets transactions
- Experience in handling loan agreements, security documentation, and refinancing matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and work effectively within a team
- Detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable to changing priorities
Although experience in charity law or housing association regulations is advantageous, it is not essential.
