- Coordinate and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead, train, and supervise banquet and F&B staff to maintain high service standards and team efficiency.

- Ensure staff are competent in menu, dietary and allergens knowledge. Ensure staff have some understanding of beverages.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, training, developing and inspiring the banquets team.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
- Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
- Oversee the setup and reset of specific Conference & Function activities. Ensure regular and effective communication with the Conference Sales Manager and Conference Coordinator, to meet the expectations of conference and event organisers.

Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Banquet Manager to take control over our Banquets, events and conferencing. Working on site at Darwin Airport Resorts, located at 2 Henry Wrigley Drive, Eaton, NT our new Banquets Manager will work closely with the Food and Beverage Team, the Conference and Events Sales Executive to take operational responsibilities for all conferencing, events and banquets within the hotel.
Your job duties will include:

Additional Information
Currently accepting applications from 25th August 2026 until closing date of 25th September 2026. Salary on offer is $79,521.25 per annum AUD.
