Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLÜCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We plan to open more restaurants in the Netherlands in the near future and are looking for enthusiastic team members who want to be part of this fantastic journey.

What you bring to the table:
- Interest in hospitality and perhaps some prior experience
- True team spirit
- Openness and enthusiasm
- A proactive work attitude: you’re hands-on and ready to help
- Service-oriented mindset and flexibility.
Your key responsibilities:
- Working behind the bar! You’ll provide our guests with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure that our drinks look perfect.
- Stock control and organization: is everything in the right place and sufficiently stocked?
- Preparing the bar for the workday, keeping it clean, and regularly checking technical equipment.
