Our bars and restaurants are at the heart of the guest journey, welcoming visitors from around the world in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. From creating classic cocktails and signature drinks to providing knowledgeable recommendations and engaging service, our bartending team plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a Bartender, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence, professionalism and attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop your beverage knowledge and build meaningful connections with guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Your day to day

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks in line with brand standards and recipes. 
• Deliver friendly, professional service while building genuine connections with guests and anticipating their needs. 
• Set up, maintain and replenish the bar, ensuring stock, glassware, garnishes and supplies are always available. 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety throughout each shift. 
• Process payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures. 
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to ensure seamless service. 
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all company policies and procedures. 
• Complete opening and closing duties and support colleagues to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Supporting our wider Food & Beverage operation

As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, colleagues may also have the opportunity to support other outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This allows team members to broaden their experience, develop new skills and gain exposure to a variety of service styles within one of London's most prestigious hospitality environments.

What we’re looking for

• Ability to expertly prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced banqueting environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end and discerning international clientele.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

One to two years of experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, F&B, or high-end guest service environment is highly desirable.
