ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our bar team. This role requires both technical skill and a passion for warm, knowledgeable service. You will prepare and serve drinks with precision, contribute to the development of our cocktail list, and share the stories of our ingredients and techniques with guests.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

Technical proficiency with cocktail techniques; experience with fat washing, clarifications, and fermentations is advantageous but training can be provided
Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a natural warmth and confidence
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and presentation
A collaborative, team-focused approach with a drive to develop skills and grow within the role

*The on target earning potential for this role is £34,000 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base earnings of £30,162.60, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note that this role is paid hourly at £12.89 per hour.
About gratuities and service charge:
Gratuities are paid on a pro rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026 full-time employees can expect to receive in the region of £4,000 in addition to their annual salary.
