About the Opportunity
SRM Concrete is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Batchman to join our growing team. This role is essential to daily plant operations and plays a key part in producing high-quality concrete products that meet customer specifications and SRM’s industry-leading standards.
As a Batchman, you’ll oversee the concrete batching process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and safety in every load.
