Position Overview

Joyce Factory Direct is looking for an experienced Bath Measurement Technician to support our residential bath remodeling projects throughout the Cleveland market, with regular travel to Pittsburgh approximately 1–2 days per week.

This role serves as a critical link between our Sales and Production teams. After a project is sold, you’ll visit the customer’s home to take accurate final measurements, verify that the project can be completed as designed, identify potential installation challenges, and determine the materials needed before the project moves into production.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong residential construction background who understands how projects come together in the field and can spot potential problems before they become installation problems.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$60,000 base salary, based on experience
  • Project completion spiffs, with expected total annual earnings of approximately $70,000–$80,000
