- Automation testers – with TOSCA experience is a must.
- Tools used for Defect Tracking and fair understanding of same
- Understand of O2C and Business process
- Should be good at working collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
