We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ! This role will join a pod supporting one attorney and working alongside another paralegal. You will manage both prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing their own caseload while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from prelitigation through litigation.
  • Open and close case files- medical records, police reports, insurance verifications, etc. 
  • Prepare for depositions, mediations and trial and assist in all drafting all legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and more.
